1. Return Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 28 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide you with instructions for returning your item(s).
- Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or Povaris shipped the wrong item.
- If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item shipped), Povaris will cover the return shipping.
5. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a confirmation.
- Approved refunds are processed within 3–6 business days.
- Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund, then place a new order.
